You should go see the movie sometime this week, it's really awesome & you'll enjoy yourself.

Seriously, though. It was a nice lead into for the Samuel Sterns Character. smile

Man, this movie is literally struggling to make $200 million worldwide. Everyone who enjoyed this movie should at least go see it once more if they want a sequel & not another reboot in five years.

you should, it needs all the help it can get at the box office. For some reason, people aren't going to see this movie. Considering the quality of the movie and that fans were given eveything they asked for after watching the first Hulk movie. Im surprised that it is not doing much better than Ang lee's movie.

Well, I hate to be a party pooper, but Ang Lee's wasn't that bad at all. There's a reason it did fine at the box office.

It wasn't that bad, but it wasn't that good either. Still, this movie will do good enough to warrant a sequel...hopefully. I may go see it a third time, but not tell anyone so they won't get on my case.

I'm not saying it was bad. I enjoy the Ang lee version, but this version did everything the first one didn't and did it well.

Agreed. If you're a Hulk fan, the new movie has everything you want. You get a ton of action, & a great story.

Btw, why are some people trying to argue that this is a sequel to the 2003 movie when there aren't many similarities at all?

i guess because when the movie starts, Banner is in South America. Even though there are no references from the previous movie, they never really do anything to completely disregard it. Personally, it felt as much like a redo as Superman Returns did. I didnt think of This one as a sequel

Their reasons are Lou Ferrigno being a security guard & that it's just a marketing ploy. Why use a marketing ploy when they could just do a straight up sequel if they wanted to?

I've never understood why they can't tell Hulk's origin as it happens in the comics, but besides that, I don't think Leterrier did a lot wrong.

Haven't seen it yet and can't be bothered to read through the whole thread. But my question is, how was Norton?

Fantastic, he's almost up there with Bixby.

I believe (read) that Norton and him decided that the whole gamma bomb thing was a bit outdated. They also wanted to tribute Bixby, though they did repeatedly

Bixby was as believable as Lou Ferrigno, people say he's good because they think they have to.

I wasn't contradicting you, bro. Just being a party pooper because most people I know have a disdain for the Ang Lee version. I apologize if I came off like that.
