Canon or no, it's relevant, but he didn't KILL Mace. He didn't "win."

I do agree with Blax, though. Boba Fett is probably the best bet to look up for non-force people that can stand up to Jedis. In fact I can't really think of another instance where a Jedi and a non-force sensitive, type fight (except for Jango, which, too, didn't go the way Star Wars fanboys would like us to believe). And obviously the poor performances, Jedi portray against other Jedi, is talked away by that being solely due to the other being trained in the force. As we all know...if there is just one piece of doubt you have to rule in favour of Star Wars.
Actually, I do remember another one. A match to the death between a dark side force user and someone not force sensitive whatsoever, I also wanted to bring it up, but I already realized that the answers would be "Well, he's just not as well trained as Luke and Yoda are". But, hey, for the heck of it, Star Wars fanboys, remember Crimson Empire? Yeah, explain to me why Kir Kanos can kill Canor Jax (a fighter superior to him before he learned of the dark side), even though the force apparently pwns all?
This annoys me so much, Jedi are ****ing awesome BECAUSE they aren't endlessly powerful, And I realize that the EU is trying to go the Superman route with them (Super-Math, Super-Anti-Shark-Scream, Super-Greenhouse-Reducing-Farts, etc.), but we don't have to needlessly speed it up, do we?
Anyways, I am still waiting for scans and sources, where what you claim could happen, actually does happen. Where, does a Jedi, or for the sake of argument, though we know Yoda would never use dark sided powers, a sith, easily beat someone like Canderous, Force Blinded Ulic Qel-Droma (doesn't happen, though he fights a Jedi), Jango Fett, Boba Fett, Kir Kanos or...even Han Solo or Chewbacca, by using the force powers you are talking about.
Lets try to back up the endless "It is my personal, absolutely unproven conviction, that they could do this and that with the force". Kay?
Also, Blax, are you going to get back to me in the other thread? Would be sweet.

Yeah, he won. But with his saber. He is the best duelist in the Order at the time though.
I think it was never the question whether Luke could beat Neo like Mace beat Jango, as the answer is obviously no, as Neo is far faster, far stronger and has other powers on top of it.
If Boba was able to still fight Vader while he was force-held (or whatever), it's not a far stretch that Neo with his powers could do more to counter or negate the force-magic.

Well, he wasn't able to fight as such. Just control his body enough to kick something away. But I agree if Boba can do that much, Neo can do much more. On top of that we don't know how his mind relates to the force, nor how his Matrix powers beyond fighting affect Luke. It's certainly not a clear win at all. I still tend to root for Neo in this one. He certainly takes it fightwise. So the only thing Luke has is the force and that is just not used to the extend as we are supposed to believe.
I most certainly can. He most certainly didn't move as fast as lightening like people were trying to pass off. He can fly pretty damned fast...that's just about it.

Hard to determine. We mostly saw the time slowed down to so we could see it, how fast he really was is hard to determine. We do know that he can move his arm fast enough to punch someone over 50 meters through the air. Which, is a very fast punch.
