Superman is vulnerable to magic, like everyone is.

An enchanted knife would cut him in half, hell, he once cut his finger on an enchanted blade accidently when he tried to pick it up.

Magic would work on superman the same way it'd work on me. If someone caste a spell for Superman to sleep, he'd be k.o'd right then and there.

Crossovers JLA/Avengers, Marvel vs DC are freakshows that should not have happened. DC owns that copywrite which tells reasons why Superman won easily. They should have analyse the fights b4 printing.

If Mjolnir comes into the picture Thor wins. Remember Superman is weak to magic like a human. So imagine Mjolnir hitting Superman like hitting a human but with the strength of Thor is a sure Knock Out.

Without Mjolnir. Thor and Superman are equal in Strength no less. Superman's MAXIMUM strength is 250 000 tons but that is the MAXIMUM the LIMIT. Thor on the other hand is NOT class 100 but in EXCESS of 100 tons, Which is more than 100 tons. Thor strength is measure as Incalculable. He lifted Twilight sword which is mass and weight of a white dwarf star. He lifted part of Jormungand who weight is the weight of earth itself (earth weight is 6 billion trillion tons according to science lifting part of it is still a big feat).

Speed. A disadvantage for Thor. With Mjolnir, Thor travels faster than light which is faster than Superman. Without, will be a problem to Thor, he move in superhuman speed which is 111-115 miles per hour. But i personlly think it might not be a speed fight. But a strength match, a submission match, which Thor might have an advantage, But credits to Superman he can be able to hold his own.

With Mjolnir, Thor wins
Without Mjolnir, It's a Tie.
