I don't know if this was said, but I think that Bane should be the villain for the next Batman movie. He is one villain for actually hurt Batman to where he was going to retire from being a Batman. I don't want to see Penguin, Poison Ivy, Riddle, Catwoman, Mr.Freeze, or any other previous villains.

I would rather have the Ventriloquist than Riddler...

He'd need another villain to be the "main villain", but Ventriloquist would be pretty damn kool on screen, imo...

Ventriloquist is nowhere near as interesting as the Riddler, who would work greatly in the Nolanverse.

All in all, I want a villain who isn't boring, like the Riddler, Catwoman, Bane, Black Mask, etc. I do want to see Bane redeemed, and I know Nolan can do it. I wouldn't mind a movie centering around Bane & Catwoman, tbh.

Psh. Riddler is hardly interesting at all.

Bane and Catwoman? That's a funny duo. Would she order him around like Poison Ivy did and push a button on his chest whenever creeps try and get her?

I personally think Riddler is overrated... I think there are a lot of villains who deserve to be in a movie over him. Out of the ones you listed, Black Mask and Bane would be much better choices, imo... I'd also take Catwoman for the sequel over Riddler...

But I'm still pulling for The Reaper...

Maybe the 3rd installment will just focus on Batman himself being the villain and him trying to get out of that fiasco? I mean, he took the blame for Dent's death, and had Gordon to set the police and dogs after him at the end of TDK.

You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
