Powers: As a timeless guardian, Celo walks the pathways of time and arcanum as if they are doorways in a large building. In the depth of the hidden Arcanum is her lair, in which a powerful orb lays. This orb grants her visual of the ever-spinning timestream and world. This has resulted in other guardians calling her the All-Seeing, for her ability to see all events simultaneous as they are, could have been and arent. The powerful oversight makes her nearly all-knowing for as long as the orb reside in her lair. She can also steer the wheel of destiny, manipulating time and arcanum to her will. She can see every possible outcome of a certain event and rarely makes misstakes of her own. To sum her powers up, she is a dragon/human shapeshifter, has light arcane magic abilities, can timetravel and is nearly all-knowing.
Fighting Styles: The few times she do fight, she rely on her draconic brawns and size. Her human form has no actual combat style, forcing her to rely on her mind rather than actual violent interactions.
Gadgets/weapons: Has an artifact chamber by her lair, but uses none herself.

Relatives: Her father and mother are powerful entities that has enlisted her to her guardianship. Her father is the true father of time, while her mother is the true mother of the arcane.
Personality: While her job is all about observing and not interacting, she is very much so considering quitting her job. She loves humanity and she is a cusious soul. For one being near all-knowing, she is very new to the human world and wishes for nothing more than to establish a life on Earth. Her guardian role forbid her to participate in human events and share her knowledge and sight with the world, but it is a restriction she dislikes quite a lot and she more than often than not break this rule. Most of all things in her personality, she is overly helpful.
Story: Born in a timeless zone, her age can not be determined. Not even her father, Father Time, can determine her age. She might be one year old, or one million. Time does not pass in her realm like it does in all others. Now she has been observing the school Hero High, and she is very much so interested in being part of it. If she comes from the future, or the past to the school, is impossible to tell.

we already have a few people with magic based powers and one who can manipulate or control time. considering the fact that this a school, where does your character fit in. is she a student or just a wild card?

From how I understood the profile, she is not actually a manipulator of time. Merely a policewoman and observer of it, to make sure things does not break or fall apart. According to her personality, she does not seem like the type of character that bend time and space to do her bidding.
Thank you. I tend to rp that way. I will sometimes describe my hits, however I usually just describe then throw in a picture of his attack to get a better feeling of it.
Well if Ordained has a degree of discomfort with my character being a time powered one, I might as well make something else. Part of my philosophy is that everyone should be as happy as can be and if that means me making another character is prefered, then so be it. I will make something else
