who wins and why?

Not much Cage can do here. Torch flies around and sucks the oxygen from around Cage. Not sure the Androids flame could actually hurt him though. I doubt it.

the only way i see cage winning is if jim tries to fight him h2h.to be honest though,that's not nearly as improbable as it would seem.for a character with his set of powers,hammond does resort to h2h engagement quite a bit.

i believe jim's flame could hurt him.he can get sun hot without even going nova,thanks to that atomic blast.besides,he could heat the inside of cage's body just as easily as he can heat the outside(it shows him actually heating someone's insides in the avengers/indaers arc).
