That's the only allowed method of killing him in this thread.

Ah. Well, I always liked the way Qui-Gon was portrayed. Kind of like a father-figure. He might be able to.

And Palpatine would just threaten to reduce him to cinders with his Force Lightning if he didn't comply, so...lol

1.Totally agree
2.LOL, seriously it's more about Dun Moch here so little to no threats( I doubt Lightning of any strength would be detrimental to him because of the pain factor.

Only Traya could pull it off, since the rest know jack shit about him.

It's more about ability to cause any enemy to doubt his ability(Palpatine would probably know about him from sith lore)

Now you're buying into bad logic. Somehow, he's going to understand the mental issues of attachment and jealousy present in a random and secretive Sith Lord who lived four thousand years prior to his time, and then exploit them.

No.

No.
Someone said he knew everything of the Sith, and most likely Knew the tale of the Exile and the Sith Triumvirate.

It was probably Gideon. He'd be right, in that Sidious almost certainly knows who Sion is and everything that's special about him, as even Krayt understands what happened to Nihilus, Andeddu, and Bane. But to say that he could understand and exploit the psychological failings is absurd.

Dude, that's putting some strong ass restrictions on Sids... And he could probe his mind like he did with anakin and instantly learn any insecurity.

Have some imagination.

That's not one of the allowed techniques you mentioned. There was only one, after all, and that was persuasion.

Mind reading for those trying to convince him to die is allowed.

Same here, but I think the order is wrong.

1.Qui-Gon
2.Traya
3.Dooku
4.Vader
5.Palpatine
Fixed

According to the Essential Guide to the Force, Palpatine is revealed to know all about the circumstances of Malachor V and subtlely mocks the previous gatekeepers of the Telos Holocron for being ignorant of it. So he does know who they are. Intimately? Er... doubt it.

Palpatine being the end-all manipulator of the saga with a peerless mastery of psychology doesn't particularly matter here, though I'm pretty damn certain between his intellect and insight as provided by the Force that he could identify the source of Sion's woes (see Count Dooku's musings on Palpatine's ability to manipulate in Dark Rendezvous, Labyrinth of Evil, and Revenge of the Sith).

Not that it matters. Traya could do it.

Traya. Palpatine's the more accomplished manipulator, but he would have to spend much of that hour deducing Sion's weaknesses. Traya already knows them from interaction.
