not say i'm doubting castle,not at all,but maybe some examples of h2h prowess? without guns/weapons?
torch is a adept street fighter.i think it's due to the fact that he is sythetic, and possibly modeled to be peak human.he's also had training from steve rogers, but he always exhibited exceptional fighting
prowess, even beforehand.he's fought namor h2h(of course with his flame on though), and namor is an excellent h2h fighter with more years of experience than many a human can claim to have.makes me wonder, where exactly did he amass this skill? i think the my peak human thoery is the most likely explanation, but i've never seen it stated.i know jim is more durable than a human though, he's said so himself.he has this way of suffering "superficial" wounds that don't really stop him,but make him seem more human i guess.
i guess i forgot to put "explain" on my first post. i usually always put that.

That wasn't a jab. That was some sort of of hook/uppercut combination. This punch was WAY more powerful than a jab. Just saying.
Anyway. Everything I've seen of Jim still doesn't put him on the hand-to-hand skill level that Frank is on. That's not saying anything bad about Jim, just that Frank is better.
i haven't ever seen any great feats from castle just h2h. like with no guns or anything.
hooking thena and wonder man were pretty impressive IMO.especially when you don't have super-strength.i just think torch stands a chance because he's super durable and a pretty forrmiddable fighter in his own. frank may be a better fighter, but torch could last and last.i don't know if the skill gap can compesate for or superceed jim's super-durability and apparent peak human-ness.is it really that large?
visited frank's thread. i saw cap beat him with a degenerative disease. i saw barracuda rough him up(he did put up a fight and he was hurt beforehand).
most impressive thing was probably the fight with DD.but things like beating up army commandos and punk kids are so within jim's range. in fact, i think i posted a scan of him whooping an army official and a police officer simultaneously, both with guns.
