A sarlacc is a weak minded creature, and she didn't instantly take control of it. She developed control of the sarlacc over 15+ years of living on Felucia. not too amazing. in one on one combat? Ventress for sabers and all out. For the force maybe Shaak Ti. And only because she gave Starkiller a run for his money.
No no not just the Saarlac, she made a planet of Dark Side energies obey the light. As evident, when she dies, the planet fell into darkness. The planet is similar to the Dark Side cave on Dagobah, except on a much larger scale. Plus she held off dozens of Magna Guards, she can block electrostaffs and Lightsabers with her BARE HANDS. Shaak Ti is a Jedi Master who was one of the 'great swordbeings' (and according to Mace and Yoda, one of the best in the Order's history), mastering Makashi and Ataru along with training in Jar'Kai, with enough knowledge and skill in the Force to bend an entire Dark Side planet to her will. As a Consular she'd have been specifically trained to deflect Force Lightning and probably other Dark Side attacks. Now, she gets placed in the Valley of the Jedi - a massive amp to add to this extremely massive stomp of epic proportions.
It's a no-contest. Shaak Ti takes a minimum of 9 out of 10 battles against Ventress.

Ok, I don't want to use the A>B>C arg, but we see in the CW cartoon that Adi Mundi were superior to Shaak Ti when they fought Grievous (Grievous beat Ti quite fast and Adi mundi had to hold his own alone for quite a while until the clone troopers arrived). Now, personally I don't think Adi Mundi is better then Kit Fisto with the lightsaber, however 1 year in the CW Ventress beat Fisto in a lightsaber fight... Now, in the force contest I can probably agree that Shaak Ti may beat Ventress (he she was actually a match for Starkiller), however all out I am not sure she could do it.
I say Shaak takes the force battle and Ventress the lightsaber and all out contest.

On the contrary I believe Mundi is more powerful than Shaak Ti, and Fisto. Especially if he dueled on par with Grievous for hours. Grievous is shown to have pwnd both Ventress and Durge at once. And you are forgetting that she is in the Valley of the Jedi a very powerful lightside aligned area. I believe in the new CW series Fisto duels with Grievous, who kills his padawan and an entire Clone trooper squad and forced Fisto to withdraw
