The cartoon isn't canon, I do not have to prove it is not canon. I cannot prove a negative, it is up to you to prove it is canon, a feat which you will never accomplish.

Look up every bio and main story arc for superman and tell me if any of his DC bios state his adventures on the cartoon. You would have to look up the animated series bio and then you'll see that it is different from the comic.
