As you dash back to the security area, the power goes out, leaving you in total darkness for a moment until the emergency lighting flashes on.
The mercenaries have stopped responding entirely.

Nah, Rianna, that'd defeat the purpose of Master Saber Throw. Xavier would have excelled here...
You throw a lightsaber downwards, severing the wire. The Shepherds riding it cry out in alarm but use a clamp on their harnesses to catch onto the wire as it falls away, leaving them hanging in the fog.
The rest of the Shepherds have climbed with great agility up to the railing and are getting ready to fight...

Dak- the auto-defense turrets suddenly power down and their sensors shut off entirely. The Shaman receives a signal from a comlink... and the natives start to charge towards you, nearly two hundred strong (minus those you had slain earlier, of course!)

Xavier- no response.
You stumble through the darkness, sensing death around you. Wait, no... you sense someone yet living. Coming into the junction outside the control room, you see that Trax is slumped by a wall. A katana pierced through his forearm keeps him pinned there, and he is unconscious.
The door to the control room is open.

Dak effortlessly begins the battle with a Saber Throw, hurling one of his lightsabers into a warrior before they have even advanced. From their barricades the mercenaries start picking off targets with blasterfire.
The Epireans wait for the Magnesians to bring the attack to them.

Rianna, upon retrieving her lightsaber, glides in and batters at a Shepherd with her lightsabers. Catching her target off guard, he loses his footing and tumbles down the side of the building.
