If Amazo can copy powers it will be a match, but he would get horded. I think that Ultron would fall easily against the matter manipulation that Infinityman could muster. Siding with organics.

I think the fight would be even matched if it was
Amazo - Infinity man = I really don't know who will win.
Nimrod - Lobo = Maybe Nimrod for a slight majority
Brainiac - Alan Scott = Braniac likely
Ultron - Despero = Hmmm not sure Despero's mental assaults should not do anything to Ultron.
Vision - Fallen One = Fallen one in a stomp and then should have enough time to help Alan scott and beat Braniac.

I'm going with the non-machines here mainly because of Infinity Man, Despero (if he's peak), Lobo and Fallen One, and Vision being a bit of a weak link in this lineup.

Going by those matchup, Amazo should top IM, Nimrod should top Lobo, Alan would probably beat Braniac, Despero beat Ultron, and Vision gets stomped.
