Well he was bulked out in the third one. His design was changed.
Especially with trailer and its armaments bolted on.
But even so: Still looks puny compared to Kong, who looks like he could snap and break Prime in two and then juggle his head and arms after defecating in his eyes and using his legs to batter a T Rex with.
I'm a lot more massive than a steel pipe, doesn't mean I can bend or snap it.
Kong was unable to snap a T-rex in two, he won't be able to do it with Prime. Granted he was able to rip the T-rex's jaw, but that took some time. And the T-rex is seriously under-armed compared to either Kong or Prime.
Also Prime is not as thick as a steel pipe proportionately.
And certainly not compared to Kong.
He has thin sheeting like armour over that skellington.
Gets mashed up all the time and his joints are prone to damage too. The wookie losing at holochess scenario utterly springs to mind... I suggest a new strategy Frothbyte.. Let the Giant Sliverback win. Bay Prime gets bludgeoned to death, against Jackson Kong, but gets flayed limb from limb and picked apart like a cruel kid dismantling a cranefly against 70s Kong who killed not just ONE T-Rex attacking him...

I'm not Kong, and Prime is not a steel pipe. Prime is a lot thicker than a steel pipe in proportion to Kong. That "thin sheeting" over his skeleton survived multiple incendiary and explosive rounds blasted in to him. Blasts that would have torn apart Kong. The only things capable of injuring Prime are other transformers of similar size or their weapons. In the end, Kong's flesh and blood body is simply more vulnerable than Prime's steel frame. Kong is also not as strong. All Kong has on his side is mass. Prime has strength, speed, training, durability, and weaponry on his side.
It was hammered to shit. Clear to see in 1 and 3. (and of course 2 where he dies from the explosive round you cliam he is immune from? So much for durability)

Do you think that Prime is tougher than absolutely every transformer out there then? Cause we see humans messing many up. Kong can shift that mass at speed. Mass and speed = Damage.

Who the f*ck do you think he is anyway, Nero? He gets hit several times by the military when he tries to run from them, and only doesn't die because they hit him in non-vital areas with relatively weak arnaments; Prime's weapons, which have demonstrated greater killing power than massed modern airstrikes, would carve him up on first contact.
Why use that analogy? Seriously, you fail to make the connection? I am a lot more massive than a steel pipe, but I am unable to bend it. Kong trying to bend/break/snap Prime would be like me trying to bend/break/snap 5-8 steel pipes together.
Prime is a trained fighter, Kong is not. Period.

Optimus has been in the vicinity of explosions, kinetic impacts, and temperatures that would make Kong cry for a banana. Please list these durability feats Kong has that are superior to Prime's.

Sam was in the vicinty of many of those same things and survived. (Except that bit at the end of ROTF, where he survived bought back by the primes, so technically surviving that, too...)
He was a human. Kong is tougher than a human.
