FFX is indeed one of my favorite RPGs of all time. I loved how developed the characters were in the game. Too bad X-2 ruined all of it.
Which is why I think I love Mass Effect. The characters are so interesting, even the old chars like Tali and Garrus seem fresh. I didn't want any of them to die in the suicide mission, and I lost 3 of them plus half the crew....ugh
I failed them but...
Shit I'm talking like shepard. TO hell with this

I know many will not agree (like I care) but I don't think X-2 ruined anything. Even at the moment I saw the ad for it I knew (knew knew) that it wasn't intended to be a serious game or even a "true sequel" to X. It is meant to be somewhat of a joke and just a spice thrown in indicating there's really nothing more to say about X besides to establish some relationships between Tidus/Yuna/Lenne/Shuyin and show Yuna's not-so-religious side and beautiful singing, voice, and body.... etc...there was nothing to wait for when X ended. Everyone thought it was over...and it was. Shuyin was just an emo faith who's been wanting to get in Lenne's pants for 1000 years and wanted to blow up teh wurld. It's not like Kingdom H 2 where Sora gets yet another bottle with a note in it from Mickey indicating a coming sequel which we should look FORWARD to. X was obviously not intended to have a sequel originally and ended HARD. X-2 just revealed some more info about the X verse. I can honestly say SE wasn't expecting a response to something epic and legendary, but moreso a fun, out-of-the-ordinary game which X-2 fits rather well...I...M...O...
To Mass Effect..oh ffs like it matters...this post is 90% off-topic anyway . Mayz badd.

Don't forget how you can shock that mechanic before entering Archangels base. But the red eyes and the scars you get as a renegade are worth the trouble too. (WTF was this lady talking about? Come on Bioware have some mercy with the guys who didn't play Mass Effect.)
Gender: Male Location: In Luna's mane, chasing STAAARS!
At the end, [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Thane and Jack died. Thane got shot in the head and Jack got shot in the gut. Don't care much about Jack though but when Thane died, I felt bad.

Even though I saved the Council in Mass Effect 1, they're still an ass in the sequel and they don't give a crap on what's happening in the Terminus Systems and they still won't believe that Reaper's exist. What a bunch of retarded aliens the Council is. I'm glad I'm with Cerberus, it's the only organization that is at least trying to help the galaxy while the Council is sitting on their political butts doing nothing.

The Collector Base? I blew it up on my first play through but now I'm running through a second time and I'm going to take control of it. I pretty much play through both good and evil to see the two different paths the Mass Effect story will go.
I did get the "use 5 different heavy weapons to kill" achievement.
In fact, I've gotten a lot of achievements on the first play through. The achievements are rather easy.
Someone give me tips on how to get funky with Miranda. I think I might have blown my chances when I allowed Jack to get access to Cerberus records, which occurs RIGHT after you bring Jack aboard. Am I "screwed" or can I still get with Miranda? (I don't find her that attractive, though. They could have done much better with her face....and for heaven's sake, put some more meat on her bones.)
