KMC Forums - JLA Vs. The Eternals (+ Avengers/F4)

The JLA send Martian Manhunter on an inter-dimensional covert research operation in the Marvel Universe. After examining some newly discovered archives from the Fortress of Solitude Batman believes that there is evidence of a prehistoric boomtube accident that may have sent a group of Apokoliptian New Gods to the Marvel Universe where they could be assembling en masse for an eventual invasion of the DCU under Darkseid's command.

Manhunter is transported to MU San Francisco and observes Makkari acting as herald of Tiamat the Cellestial, and mistakes them for a Promethian Giant and a New God. Manhunter signals the JLA that their worst fears are proven true and requests back up and moves in for an attack just as the other Eternals arrive to retrieve Makkari. Seeing J'onn shapeshift they mistake him for a Skrull or Deviant Assassin. A battle ensues and J'onn is overwhelmed and knocked unconscious. Ikaris then orders a thorough mind scan of J'onn to find out his origins and purpose. The scan is performed but due to J'onn's other dimensional origins and Martian physiology the images from the scan are unclear and the Eternals are shown images of Fernus and evil depictions of the JLA. Now Ikarus believes that J'onn is the scout of a pending invasion of Marvel Earth by a dimension of evil beings and contacts the Avengers. At that moment Wonder Woman, Batman, Superman, Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Steel, The Flash, Atom Smasher and Booster Gold arrive and see Ikaris standing over J'onn's prone and beaten body. Superman fires a blast of heat vision at Ikaris which he in turn deflects. Tiamat then commands Makkari to assist his Eternal brother's and sisters in defending this dimension from the interlopers. Plus the Avengers are assembling a team to assist which will arrive in 15 minutes which consists of:

Battle takes place in San Francisco (MU). Can the JLA defeat the Eternals before their reinforcements arrive? If not, can the JLA defeat the entire assemblage?
