Herochat is garbage, sure arguing hwo a fight may go down in a comic is fun but its ****ING BORING. You know how unreliable and unconsistent comic fights can be....that place is a joke plain and simple.
Going by feats isn't always a good idea being as sometimes they're only written in so that they sale a lot of copies. Often characters will do things that have been previously well above them just so they can have a new arc, or characters will get beaten by people who in all rights shouldn't be able to even touch them (for instance super fast beings hardly ever using super fast speed to fight).
That's the purpose of a forum fight, having characters fight at full capcity as demonstrated through there showings. Feats is the only way to go, not by debating powersets or"what would go down in a comic"but how they would fight on there best day.
No one overlooks feats. They debate in character. The whole billion billion speed stuff with Supes is laughed at. Supes is one of my fave DC character and if he loses, he does. He wins, he'll win. If he used his speed all the time, he'd be undefeated and we all know that's not true. Marvel or DC gives their characters such an advantage

I went thru a time when a few posters didn't like me and they got cussed the **** out. The lead Admin is a very good friend and knows comics

I debate with characters fghting on there best day, like a UFC where the fighters are expected to fight at there best. ICT just debates powersets and herochat just debates in character....which is kind of silly since that is such a subjective thing from writer to writer.
The speed thing is just about of characters, like could u imagine going to a MA event and say to the fighters"no speed by the way"lol.Anyways I like debating characters fighting on there best day, comic fights are to inconsistent but meh to each his own.
