My favorite issues are Death's first appearance where she and Dream spend the day together, the elder and his grandson telling the ancient story of Dream and the woman he loved but rejected him, the female cat who spreads her dream of a world ruled by cats, and when Dream met Shakespeare.

A Game of You was good fun.

I was partial to The Wake, mainly due to the inclusion of Daniel and the art of Michael Zulli. As much as I loved Morpheus, Daniel was a breath of fresh air for Dream of The Endless.
