I looked it up the movie is some gay anime romance film. There's not even a single cyborg in the movie judging from the description. Apparent no people with psychic powers/energy powers/ robots. No ninjas either.

Hellsing is an amazing series, I’d recommend Hellsing Ultimate if you haven’t already seen it. It’s much more brutal and follows the manga more closely.
