Been using it since June, no Comcast electronic letters of infringement complaints so far. Though the vast majority of what I download isn't tracked by the owners, as I went without a VPN for years and years and was fine 99.9% of the time.

I didn't either, I got it after I lost most of my movie collection and had to replace hundreds of films, started getting infringement alerts here and there.
What they track is kinda odd, got dinged for older Star Trek films, Event Horizon and Ghostbusters, but newer releases were through without a problem.
It's also not a matter of being sued, as Comcast doesn't send your personal info back to the complainer, but enough complaints in a short amount of time and Comcast will put your account on hold.
