okay. enough goofing off.

how has everyone been?
give me updates.

my wife is going to school.
the kids are now nearly 5 and 3.
i got glasses so i can finally see.
work is okay but i left the health and safety committee over disagreements in policy.
ive started going to the gym.
we got a new cat.

i can absolutely promise nothing of the sort.

kmc was once my life.
i lived it.
i breathed it.

i ruined it.
it ruined me.

there were great times and awful times.
times i relfect on for making be both a better or worse person.

its too easy to fall back into that mess.
relationships were damaged over it
things were done and said i cant ever make right.

I saw you posted about your life update.

It's good you're taking control of your health and going to the gym. With two young kids, a job, a marriage, extended family, and friends, it's hard to get time to keep your health up.
