At dominos last night in the car park someone was changing their tyre and there was another guy pulled alongside it I think blocking the wind and rain but like in the middle of road of the car park and I got my pizzas came out and was like looking thinking oh they must've seen me, they'll move now... Give it a minute and they don't move like it's just ****ing stupid, in the end I had to squeeze pass them and it was pretty tight and I had to mount the curb but it was like a flat bit luckily but I really wish I gave them a piece of my mind. Next time I swear!

Just going to the gym, hiit workout then some basic muay thai drills, been doing thai boxing 33 years and boxing 41. The one thing I believe always bother with the basics once a week.

Cool. I used to box until my back f*cked up. I even still have a speed bag setup in my garage though I don't use it anymore. I also had a heavy bag I could set up in there, but I don't have it anymore.
