Usually to the eastern side, But only when they are near the desert and it gets windy as hell.

dusted with parsley and cajun in the panko.
served with hot roasted carrots and shallots and beans. garlic mashed potatoes with just a pinch of chive, and a creamy mushroom sauce. not too much though. just enough for the mashed potatoes.
