It's just going to be the same shit, only we'll be in a bigger room, with "better looking" dresses, and people will be obsessed with their dates, and disgusting shit like that

Sounds like a ****ing hayday for the lame, superficial popular kids. I agree, don't go. If mine was that extreme I wouldn't have gone.

I didn't have a prom, just this award ceremony that was shit. everyone worse expensive suits and shit but I just had my jeans and neat-ish shirt on, with this slightly oversized scruffy suit jacket on top. I didn't really care about it. I also had to walk to it with the weird girl. And not the good kind of weird, the really weird kind of weird. The kind of weird even I'm weirded out by.

All in all it sucked. But I did drink about 10 litres of coca cola in the shitty little party afterwards.
