I used to partially be in shape. I did lots of running, and walking, and then all the health shit like pressups and situps, and the stretches and stuff.

But then I got high

I used to do jiu-jitsu and football, but then I stopped playing football, and at 14 stopped doing jiu jitsu because I couldn't get a black belt until I was 16. Then I got high and a bit chubby, then I started doing jiu-jitsu again and got my black belt, then stopped getting high and started playing football again. Then, years later, I got high again, and decided to stop doing football and start kickboxing.

I forgot when I started working out. Might have been because I was insecure because of my new found chubbiness. Probably when I was about 16.
