It's a weird one for me. Since I can go weeks without changing my clothes or washing, but I can't wash up anything because being in contact with germs and mess that closeup really ****s with me, just can't do it. And I have to wipe off the brim of my cup every time I take a swig from it. Also feel really paranoid when eating with or from anything that I'm not familiar with, like a plate of food at a friends house or something.

Kinda have arachnophobia too, never used to at all, but in the past year it's sort of grown on me. Now I run like a little girl from anything crawly, especially spiders.
