He wasn't strong arming the guy according to the article..just making a drug deal, lol.
It also doesn't change anything in terms of Michael Brown going after a cop, all that still happened. And "hands up don't shoot" is still 100% bullshit.
So at the end of the day the shooting was still justified. Also notice the title of the article says it adds a "wrinkle" to the case, but it actually doesn't. I suppose it figures that the title came from the New York Times.

Cops are trained to shoot to kill. Also you can kill someone by shooting them in the leg.

I'm not saying I always am, but in this case I am correct. Cops are trained to shoot to kill and yes a person can die from a gunshot to the leg, it all depends on where you get hit. There is a major artery in your leg that, if hit, can cause you to bleed out within minutes.
