it's one of the worst pains ever though and i feel for ya

my chiro said if i find myself sitting for long periods of time, i should get up and walk around because sitting will compress the spine in places that pinches the goddamn nerve

so if you find yourself sitting for a while for whatever reason then maybe thats where your pain comes from

i sit a lot because of school and all of my work involves sitting behind a computer
