Majestic is an utter genius, and with prep he can come up with anything, but as said above, Rune King Thor was completely Omniscient. He saw everything, and knew everything. He knew the past, present and future as I recall. Rune King Thor, would know what Majestic comes up with before Majestic even starts working on a plan.
So Rune King Thor wins, no doubt.
