Who wins? Two senarios 1 No weapons 2 They all get their normal gear.
Fight takes place in a factor sorta like the one at the last of T2 Judgement Day

I think Team 1 wins first senario but the second senario leans towards Batman and Nightwing because of the Belt and what ever Nightwing has.
