Sabretooth has a level of telepathic resistance. Silver Fox's telepathy didn't work on him. Yet she's not a push-over telepath either. Even after she died, her mind rape was still working on Stryker.
Um no, all you've done is say "Death Spell his/her ass". Voldy "poofs" into an area full of mutants, and he aint never gonna get hit in return, because every other mutant is busy, and Voldy has free passage wherever he goes right?
Xavier is either gonna be buried in Dementors (which he cannot control, so dont even start), or Voldemort apparates, death spells, and is gone in less than a second. More than enough time. The mutants will probably never even see him, much less react in time. Did I also mention Accio Xavier? Whats his defense against that? None.

Okay I used to come here ages ago like probably a year ago. I dont post I usually just read and laugh for a while at some of the random shit thats said. Now with that being said I decided to come at random because i was curious who would of won between completely different people than in this thread.
Now let me also say. I hate the Xmen they piss me off in many ways that are just unimaginable. On the other hand Harry Potter annoys the shit out of me too.
Now that I have clarified I am no sort of Fanboy and believe me I am not. I want to kind of point somethings I have noticed. Rouge Jedi I believe is one of the main defenders of Harry Potter. That's fine. Now in these threads the backers of each side are supposed to use Movie proof only right? Nothing that resides in books comics wikipedia ect ect. Okay. Now that is established as i assume I am right I want to point out a few things that you have been doing man.
You did use movie proof about the cast time of the Death Spell or whatever it's called from HP. I remember seeing hte movie. In fact I unfortunately own it. So i remember that crazy ***** doing that spell pretty fast. Now with that being said. In the MOVIES man. THE MOVIES WITH MOVIE PROOF. We know that most wizards dont know the spell. Granted some we just have to use COMMON sense about. I.E. Dumbledore, Snape, The teachers are Hogwartz, Harry, and Voldermort. Okay so you cant keep saying like it's as simple as saying some easy spell for a wizard do this and this and this. To Xavier, Dark Pheonix or anyone else for htat matter. THe Fight is in Hogwartz sir. The keyword is INSIDE.
Now you gotta also realize that theres going to be a mass chaotic battle insuing. The Hotwartz people although their wizards they're still kids (most of them anymore whos to say they wont fold under pressure?) And since w're going by the movies and the farthest Harry POtter movie thats been released thus far is Order of the Phoenix right? Well sorry man But I dont see Ron Weseley owning alot of ass lol. Nor do I see alot of wizards doing this. We're supposed to go off Moive Logic and Prooof right? Well cm'on man you gotta admit that thats just insane saying that they're gonna ONe Hit everyone with the Death Spell.
Now another huge point that I feel should be made. Who the hell said there was prep time? The Wizards wouldnt know about DP nor Charles. Or any other and Vice versa. Also I did not see variuos wizards teleporting the crap out of everywhere. And if they can in the movies I mus tof missed that shit. So thats my bad. I know they can teleport but not EVERY wizard. Also Hogwartz is a huge ass place. I wasnt aware that they can shoot Death curses through floors and shit to hit targets.
Next point. You gotta stop counting Kitty as irrelevant. What she can do is very important in the battl ebc well lets look at it his way. If shes running thorugh walls and shit and not being seen or touched for that matter she could pull various wizards trhough the floor where they couldnt use their wand. Sure It MIGHT be in their hand as they fall through the floor halfway but whos to say they hold on to it? Im sure they aren togin to use Stick'um on their hands for this battle. Once again thers no Prep in this nobody knows nobody. Now as for this abling to block all telepathy. Look man. Xavier might die in the battle in now ay am i going to say his ass lives. But He will **** alot of people up in the process of dying. Not every wizard has the ability to stop someone let alone Xavier. Im nto saying Voldermort or Dumbledore wont be able to resit Xavier. But Whos to say they would be able to as well? There's alot of variables you gotta realize while doing these lil crossover battles with so many tangibles.
Now as for the huge subject of Dark Phoenix. Now going by the movie and we're debating weather something is disinigration or telepathy. Or how long it takes to do. One of thos exmen defender guys was rihgt man. That shit was in SLOW MOTION. I am sure it's been a minute since u seen the film. And I cant blame you. That movie sucked ass. But now keep in mind that it was once again in SLOW motion. I am not saying she can cast in a milisecond, but she can do her thing faster than they can cast a spell.
Now for saying that girl who can make vibration waves or guy he/she was so precise with his/her powers he disarmed ALL PLASTIC GUNS. Now whos to say his lil vibration waves cant do that to their wands? ALSO keep in midn ONCE AGFAIN this is in hogwartz. Its not oging to be like in the ROman Days where each army lines up in legions and well they're all in the one hallway. Theres gonna be some ****in crazy chaos oging on. He will be effective.
Now once again we're going by Movie PROOF bro movie proof. THers only like 6-10 people who can do the death spell. thats a huge ratio of all the wizards at hogwartz. You gotta also realize some of those wizaards are first year students who wel are worthless. Lets keep in mind that harry is in no way invinsible by the end of Order of the Phoenix. I clearly remember him getting ****ed up by Voldermorts basalisk and if not for that pheonix he would be a dead mother ****er anyway.
I am sorry but if those toher guys were wise they would post movie proof too. By movie proof i am referring to youtube videos. You also cant say Magneto would get owned so fast that he wouldnt evne utter a word. That's just insane man you know it I know it. If they're attacking Hogwartz there arent thousands of studnets there. We see how many students there are everytime in the movies they are in that stupid dining hall. And how many of those studnets are absolute sacrifices in this fight? probably 60%.
Now I will go on to defend you a lil as well. Dumbledore, Voldermort, Snape, and potter will **** some shit up. They will kill alot of mutants really easy probably. But you gotta kepe in mind a few things. Harry is stil lhuman even tho a wizard. Infact he's like what Half normal human right? dumbledore may be a stud but hes also not the most agile cat ive seen in my life time. The guy isnt exactly running at teh speed of light. Same wiht Voldermort.
As for quicksilver. He's fast man. Real fast. He's crazy fast. He's like marvels flash. He could disarm alot of people. Nightcrawler? Same thing. Deadpool well deadpool desrves a paragraph of his own but **** that we know you know it he's gonna be pretty ruthless and crazy.
Now for the dementors. The dementors usually hover outside of hogwartz. In the movies they have and they DO. Since we're using Movie proof only. you cant say the dementors will be in hogwartz. Of course anyone who gets thrown out a window or is still outside will be literally probably owned by a gang of dementors. Which emans storm would probably lose. Cause inside she can fly and cause wind. Okay so she might be able to disarm af ew wizards. I think u clearly underestimate Cyclops as well. Lets not forget that if he sets is optic beam to go caazy it sgoing to slic eand dice alot of those wizards before someone eventaully gets his assl. And once again hogwartz is a HGUE PLACE so well its not like Theres gonna be an insane tough wizard at every corner. Cuase once again its hogwartz and their students are called STUDENTS for a reason right.
Now as for this whole Juggs debate. In the movie jugs is an unstopable force. by saying that i meant he can tbe stopped once he starts forward motion just like in the comics. I dont think they mention the crystal because if they did there would have to be some crazy ass backstories going on for alto of mutants here now wouldnt there. And I am sure they didnt have billions of dolalrs to make like 6 part X3 series for theaters. Now somoen ementioned Mystique earlier too. Haha lets face i tman. I also forgot to add in my last post. That that being lots of those wizards are unexperienced and the only people we know who have high resistance to harry potter telekenesis are Harry, Snape, Dumbledore, Vodlermort and assumbly teachers. Thats it. Nobody else. Xavier will kill many, many people man. Many many people. You know it. I know it. Xavier showed he can do crazy things in the first xman movie alone. Thats movie proof. You cant show us movie proof that more than those i listed above can block xaviers insane telepahtic abillities.

Good post btw Kaibs. But you can pretty much bet that their response will be:
- Everyone gets the Mauraders Map.
- They turn on Nightcrawler mode (like in the films right?) and teleport everywhere.
- Everyone deathspells everyone - at the same time! The important ones are never attacked.
Thanks man. I just think it's gotten way out of hand, and people arent realizing logic anymore and proof. If they're going off proof they're acknowledging their proof only and not counter proof.

Now that this thread is pretty much done, it should probably end on the OPs note: Mutants win, but not easily at all. If Voldemort can absorb attacks, he can probably block attacks coming upon the younger Hogwarts students. If anything, Storm wins this for the Mutants, not DP.
