 Morg v silver surfer

Hello guys i wonder who you think would win a battle between the 2,i heard or read somewhere that morg was the most powerful of all the heralds,then he surely would take care of silver surfer then.

But i love silver surfer and think he has almost god like powers and abilities,but maybe morg being such a bull and headcase would seriously relish this fight more than ss.

I also heard that they did fight and morg won but i cannot say if it was true.
