i was always wondering to myself who is the better field leader and tactician, lets say both cap and cyc get an army who do you think will lead his army better and have the victory?
With regular soliers it's gotta be Steve. At least in america he is the symbol of america. When soldiers see him they feel like they are fighting for home.
Cyclops is at caps level but he doesn't provide the morale boost
