The rumors about the Batcave DLC are true! It's releasing December 20th. The skins pack releases tuesday. You better believe I'm buying all this shit too.
I know about the Batman skins coming out on Tuesday (sorta beat the game on another file, saving New Game Plus just for that), but what does the Batcave DLC have exactly? Just some extra combat/predator maps, or something more, like a continuation of the Hush and Azrael side quests?
Normally I wouldn't either, but the Batman Beyond suit is boss, and therefore must take priority for me.
Apparently the Batcave DLC will only just have some new challenge maps sadly from what I've heard now, but should still be a decent thing to try out five days before Christmas at least. I like how the Batcave has that exact same T-rex model from Penguin's museum. :x
I was replaying AC the other day (slowly working up to my Platinum) and I just realized how stupid Strange's plan is. As if, after seeing how Arkham City was mismanaged resulting in the order to eliminate every inmate and carpet bomb the facility with a dozen helicopters, anyone would open a similar prison camp in Metropolis. lol

Wasn't free for me. Really like the Joker's Carnival and Penguin's Ice Lounge maps though, as they really push you to your combat limits. Sometimes I feel I could be playing the latter map forever when I'm in the middle of a long combo. My current highest combo now is 280 with Robin on Joker's Carnival. Will take me quite a bit of practice to get all three medals on that, let alone with all four characters.
Wonder if there's anymore news on those downloadable episodes Conroy mentioned.
Oh, okay. Yeah, I got the free skin then, but haven't really used it much compared to some of my favorite ones. I'll admit it is better looking than the Year One and Earth One skins though.
Arkham Asylum was my Game of '09, and this one only refined and added to it without overcomplicating things; It's essentially perfect to me and pretty much one of my fave games of this generation. A ten out of ten is something I consider born ONLY from a purely subjective viewpoint, and I've long since sort of done away with judging games based on score, but if I had to be candid and pick a personal 10/10 game, it's this series.
I figured I'd give myself a christmas present and decided to DL the extra skins in addition to the Batman Inc. one. They're all prety cool and I particularly like the Earth One Batman, and Beyond's pretty cool too, although the lack of a cape kinda shows how stiff the running animation looks from behind. Altogether, I think my favorite would probably have to be the Batman Inc. suit, even with the rather pronounced cup...
I haven't gotten to DL Nightwing and Robin yet, but I'm eager to do so when I get the chance and money. Particularly Nightwing, he looks like my favorite-handling of the four. I'd still kill for DLC episodes to put them into story arcs just for the sake of an excuse to have them in the post-story main game or something.
