Can Galactus eat himself?

i mean he has a healing factor right?
he just eats his whole body up to neck to quinch his hunger then it grows back and he repeats every time hes hungry. smokin'

or maybe use his power to create a planet, then eat it. skyfathers can create planates why cant galactus?
