Scorpion Carmilla Black Vs Omega Red

Following up on the Poison Ivy thread, another fight for the SHIELD agent with the toxic hand.

At first this seems one-sided but I'll mention a few things: One, Carmilla's immune to the death spores, and her hand will be converting it to poison in massive amounts. When taking in a lot of poison, she has a pretty good aura of poison/death touch going.

Two, Omega Red's not immune to poison. He's immune to death spores, but his carbonium used to poison him so he can be affected by other kinds, and once converted by Scorpion it'll act like her poison, not his.

So, thoughts?

If what you say is true, then Scorpion takes a majority IMO. OR has a decent healing factor though, so wouldn't he be immune to poisons too?

He'll be resistant, but she'll be supercharged so I think he'll still definitely be feeling the effects, especially if she gets her hand on him.
