He may win with Galactus's eyeblasts though, assuming he has time to attack. Jurgen's HP DD (not Loeb's OWAW DD) was intended to be immune to be beyond all energy projection less than universal level.
Now in HP there were missiles made out of some indestructible adamantium like metal that was so durable that Superman with all his might couldn't even put a scratch on. Yet with a simple and single OE blast beam (OE usually hits with two beams) from miles away DS instantly vaporized the missiles (they became instant vapor). But HP DD took the same blast but with both beams instead and under point blank range with absolutely no shown damage. It is fair to suggest that not even Galactus eye beam would do anything.
Lastly, Spider-man is already almost as fast as quicksilver. And even with Quicksilver's speed he still may be a statue when DD decides to attack with his top speed (speed that Superman, the man who can pick bullets out of the air like they're standing still, complains about).
With all that said, Spider-man cannot win as he is not strong enough to hurt DD at all. If Galactus eye blast even bothers DD, then DD just evolves past it.
This is one of those Phantom Zone type threads were a character becomes entirely someone else just because you want to pit him with some random character with entirely different power set. Poor threads.
I'm referring to classic quicksilver (sonic speed). Don't know how fast current quicksilver is.
Spider has moved faster than bullets at times (super sonic).
