Well I'd put Elektra over both of them and Daredevil over Dragon, so team two for the majority.

all abilities on + standard gear id give it to Marvel, handily.
Strictly H2H and in there prime, still marvel, Dragon can hang with Elektra for a bit, but here stats will eventually overwhelm him.

I think Tiger and especially Dragon are being underestimated a bit, Dragon's insanely good and IMO the most skilled on the field (no slight to Matt or Elektra intended!), but Elektra is the only one here with 'real' powers so they still have a slight edge. Like, 5.5/10
