OK both of you have a point although it's hard to imagine wolverines whole skeleton being ripped out when(as far as I know)that has never happened before.

He doesn't throw nearly as hard as he can at most times, because his well, a hero. It fluctuates from bouncing off evil Hyperion's chest to hurting and downing Surtur/toppling Arishem/causing Galactus great pain to hitting the Midgard Seprent with a throw so powerful, Yggdrasil the world tree itself totters and across reality the Nine Worlds themselves shiver depending on how hard he throws it. Well she did tank and redirect a combined blast from the Greek pantheon. She could probably handle it. Although, I think her bracers technically fall into "godly powers" so I don't know if they are applicable to this thread.
