Translated the title mean 'Masterbation Master Kurosawa'. It starts off as an amusing parody of Death Note, making fun of the over-the-top-ness and the intense main character of Light, but then it rapidly changes into its own, increasingly brilliant story. I won't spoil anything but trust me when I say its amazing. Granted, the first few chapters are mostly parodies and quirkiness and it can be incredibly disturbing at times with the protagonists fantasies (it is in no way a manga for kids) but towards the end it really starts to shine.

I heartily agree with the reviews on the page and recommend this manga. It isn't that long and only took me a few hours to read, but its really worth it.
