I would think the Cinque either way. Their combined might as part of the Cinque was even greater than their respective strengths added together normally.
In retrospect a lot of that probably had to do with the synergistic power increase that comes when you add New Gods together as was shown in DOTNG. Combining 5 weak new Gods can create a Skyfather like the Infinity Man so combining three of the strongest New Gods would make something much more powerful than that.
