I think Jean Paul with the suit is more enhanced than anybody on either side. He was able to take it to Deathstroke and beat Batman handily. Batman is the weak link. His best matchup is Panther.

I would say the suit actually hinders Azrael against IF- it's not particularly powered and Nightwing was able to outmaneuver it during the original story. Throw in an Iron Fist and it's going to be trashed.

In just one of his Azrael outfits, he is a bit superhuman across the board though. He lack the armor or as many weapons, but the added agility is more important if he fights Rand. With the armor, it's probably a good idea for him to face someone else.

I think the best one to pair up against Danny would be Slade, not Jean Paul.
