Mexico won't get invloved until their hand is forced. So far, only The South is affected. If the spill goes to Tamaulipas or Veracruz, then Mexico might be motivated...or just blame America.
I got a funny feeling this is going to really have a bad effect on the world in some way, especially when the hurricanes spread it about a bit.
I know itīs terrible even know for people and nature in the area of the gulf, but when you consider the ammount of oil comming out its really frightening.
Messing up one eco system can have a chain reaction and effect others.
Mmm I know it is scary to think about, and they have no way to stop it either so it's only going to keep growing.

-Clone, who knows, could take many decades. Oil does degrade from bacterial action and regular exposure to the sun, but yeah, it takes a while both for that, and even after that for the native wildlife to return.
