See, that's the thing, make it a 50' X 50' ten person plot yard or a massive muilti mile yard like the ones used for burying military personal, Vader still has the upper-hand either way.

I said "break", not choke. The Force can be used to manipulative objects that weigh hundreds of tons (as shown) a boys neck will appear to be as brittle as dry straw under Force manipulation.
And we do have footage of Vader crushing multiple objects, while simultaneously shaking a building at its foundation. I know you'll cry "only when he's upset" as some shit-ploy manuver, but again, he's not doing all that here, he's doing far, far, far, far, far, far, far less. A boy's neck to be exact; no need to be butt-hurt to do so little.
And Harry can fire spells faster than Force choke is applied. Watch:
The non verbal spells he and Draco are casting are FAST, dude. Faster than Vader can dodge. One hit to his breathing apparatus and he's done.
