Now I don't know much about Bobby, but can't he go Nitro on Wolverine like he did in Carni-Brawl? If so, then this is spite - starting distance, deserted area...
Never seen him go nova. He does have a range advantage in the form of general purpose heat/light/concussive force blasts and he can fly. He's also a 50 tonner and has displayed compatible durability recently (originally he only grew stronger not tougher), but he can still be gutted by adamantium claws and the setting allows wolverine to atempt some urban guerilla tactics.
Based on Wolverine's martial arts skills and healing factor, he wins this one. If Wolverine didn't have an adamantium skeleton or his healing factor, then it would be Sunspot ftw.
Yes, that would down logan for a temp win and seen as the city is deserted and he knows logan would survive he would likely go for it.
If he makes the mistake of going for mellee or follows logan as he goes for cover in the buildings or sewage, then logan can sneak up on him and win. That would require some stupidity on sunspot's part though, so I'll go with sunspot for the majority here.
