Kalibak/Mantis didn't always have boom tube capabilities. But if you are giving them that ability, or simply removing the possibility of BFR all together, then the Gods would certainly have a much better chance.
Mantis' star-system-shattering Anti-Matter Touch + IM's power-removing Infini-Beam = the potential for some serious ownage.
