Maverick was hired to protect his client from Kingpin..
Wildcat has bn chasing kingpin for the murder of a family and leaving a poor girl orphaned...
Daredevil has bn chasing Kingpin all his life always looking for something to pin on kingpin but also to let justice take its course..
Kingpin is being shulfered to his court appointments and is being body guarded by bullseye..
Maverick has posted up near a roof and is waiting for the limo to arrive at its destination.. everything is planned right down to second and street lights..
taking aim he slowly squeezes the trigger in his mind repeating a military mantra fire, fire and fire...
when suddenly a billy club throws off his aim and accidentally fires and hits the limo driver and flips the vehicle not part of the plan..
DD yells at him and calls him a murder and is taking him in...
Wildcat on his dirt bike right behind the limo flips over and and kills him snapping his neck.. he gets up a few seconds later to see a Guy with lots of guns and armor fighting a Guy with nothing but a billy club.. he runs to help him....Bullseye gets out of the limo making sure kingpin is alive and sees DD fighting Maverick he has heard rumors of Maverick and is sure that is who it is and he'll be damn if he kills DD and not him and runs off to take maverick down and pretend to a hero...
Maverick not wanting to hurt the dumb@$$ horn head even though he wants to kill him and with each moment the need to kill him starts to overwrite his since of morality for accidentally making him shoot the driver has to make it through him and make sure kingpin is killed..
he has enhanced everything thx to wolverines DNA weaponX upgrade...
plus his armor and yes he can shoot energy blast..not sure his blast is wide enough to take down a building wide area but he has it
of course in comics something dumb would happen like his armor not being sealed, or taking too much kinetic energy and overloading which would be dumb as hell considering the type of material and tech plus his own mutant power but you know.
