In terms of skill Batman/Cap >> Nightwing >>>>>>>>>>>>>>Night Thrasher.
I don't see how having him in this fight is anything but a liability. Cap's shield would cut through that armor of his like it wasn't even there.
So this is a Batman vs. Nightwing and Captain America, with 2 hours of prep for everyone.
team 2 in a stomp all day, every day.

 Batman and night thrasher vs capt a and nightwing
Batman and thrasher are both fiercely driven men with gross amounts of specialized training. Training that is unique and utterly effective for what they do. Yes captain america is recognized as the best combatant, hes up against tactically superior men. They know their opponents inside and out before they even make a move against them.They also have no problem accomplishing their goals by any means. Both men will kill which just enhances their chances of winning.
Both men armored in suits capable of withstanding anything cap or nightwing can throw at them.
Thrasher himself is compared to batman as marvels batman, he's easily as skilled , faster and stronger than batman with advanced DNA. Some facts most folks do not keep in mind.
Put him in his armor and it's game over.
Batman and thrasher take the win
