This battle takes place in a destroyed New York with them all 1 Mile away from Time Square in each direction. Skaar (North) April(South) Daken(West) May(East).

The Abilitys of the Competitors
Mays
May possesses powers inherited from her father, including the proportionate strength, speed, and agility of a spider. While unable to lift 10 tons like her dad, she is more agile than Peter. May also has super equilibrium. She also has the subconscious premonition of “danger” sense known as her “spider-sense." May’s spider-sense seems to be more developed than her fathers; Whereas Spider-Man could only get a feeling that a particular spot was dangerous to him (or similarly to the preservation of his secret identity), Spider-Girl is able to sense the exact direction from which the danger comes. In addition, whereas Spider-Man’s spider-sense simply registered a general sense of danger (with the strength of the response being in proportion to the amount of danger he was in), Spider-Girl can recognize sources of danger. This allows her to determine whether the danger is posed by a familiar source (such as an attack by a familiar foe) or is a new threat. This applies even if she has incomplete knowledge of the source of danger. For example, if May is being spied on by an unknown observer on several different occasions, she is able to tell if each incident involves the same, or a different observer as a previous incident.May also has a power that her father doesn’t have. May can magnetize an object by touching it. A magnetized object will stick to a wall without falling off, and she can also force an object at high speeds away from her with reverse magnetism.
[Aprils are similar but she doesn’t have magnetism and her webs are organic like a symbiotes should]
Dakens
Daken’s senses are enhanced to superhuman levels like his father’s, Daken is in peak human condition, his stamina and reflexes are also enhanced. Daken’s super-human senses enable him to see much further and with greater clarity than a normal human, even retaining much of this clarity even in near total darkness, to detect sounds normal human’s can’t and sounds they ordinarily could but at much greater distances, and to track a target by scent.
Daken possesses three retractable bone claws in each forearm, though their configuration and appearance are somewhat different to Wolverine’s. Two claws extend from between his knuckles while the third extends from the underside of his wrists. The texture appears to be porous and dark unlike Wolverine’s smooth and bone colored claws Wolverine possesses when his claws are in their natural state. Daken’s claws are razor sharp and are very durable, they can cut through most materials. In The Incredible Hulk 603 we learn from Wolverine that Daken’s has part of the Muramasa blade stuck to his claws that extend from his wrists. The Muramasa blade knocks out superhuman healing factors long enough for Daken to get the kill. In his early appearances people believed Daken had super speed or could tele-port, this is proven untrue when he confronts his father and Deadpool, he revealed he had no super speed “I have no super powers or at the least the one’s you describe as loathsome as it admits, I am no faster than you I am simply always in the place where my enemy isn’t looking."
Like his father, Daken’s primary mutant power is an accelerated healing factor that allows him to rapidly heal damaged or destroyed parts of his body faster and more extensively than a normal human,
Skaar
Superhuman Strength: Like the Hulk, his strength is based on his emotions. His strength decreases when he is in a calm state of mind and returns to his human form, and increases if he is enraged,
Superhuman Healing Factor: He can heal almost any damage in just seconds that can rival Wolverine’s or the Hulk’s healing factor.
Superhuman Durability: Skaar has survived after a full impact of Power Cosmic aimed at him. He also survived when he fell from outer space, becoming a comet and diving to a huge chunk of rock and just seconds later
Also being part symbiont, she's physically stronger and can do flexible symbiont stuff. Impacts are a lot less effective, holes are not necessarily a problem, and so on. I think she could take Daken.
Hm... there's something of a rock-paper-scissors in this one. The Parkers can beat Daken, but dealing with Skaar would be tough for them. Daken can on the other hand deal with Skaar's regen.
I'd say skaar on principle if he breaks Daken early enough. I've said it before in another thread. Daken tends to rely on his healing factor too much and doesn't have the experience needed to fight with high end bricks. He pulls a ninja approach to start with then throws it away by going into a street brawler type of fight. Skaar just space punches Daken like he did to Juggernaut and Daken's durability even with HF is not Juggernaut level. Supposing Daken goes down early it becomes an easy win for skaar. He's over a million tonner in strength and while he won't catch the parkers easily even a glancing blow is gonna put a whole world of hurt on them.
