Hm... the two best of Shiva's class at the League of Assassins, both capable of giving Cass a fight. Mad Dog even having move-reading, though not the honed focused his sister Cass does. He might be better than Nightwing-Dick.
Though brains and teamwork can play a factor. While Alpha's cool and collected, Mad Dog is just bloodthirsty and aggressive. Jason and Dick wouldn't like working together, but they could if they needed to.
He's nuts, but Mad Dog is, well, a mad dog. As soon as he was away from the League base and out from under watchful eyes, he tries to kill every one of his fellow assassins that he could.
