Did you read the Hawk and Dove series? After there trip to the Mountain world and all the drama with Lord Chaos and Order, they both had an upgrade. Dove could fly and Hawk had denser skin, enhanced strength, and speed. Gong toe to toe with Krestel a agent of Chaos.
No, didn't read it. I thought Classic Tarantula was faster than Spidey, so Hawk needs a good speed boost to match, but Hawk is stronger and would hang longer thanks to stamina. Hawk can take it depending on speed.
